We find that the most impactful partnerships are truly collaborative ones. Heartshare is a large nonprofit, with many programs, sub-programs and focuses. A kick-off planning session will ensure that we are connecting you with the target population and need that makes the most sense for your organization. Once the partnership is up and running, we find that success is optimized when the program is integrated across a company’s human resources, philanthropy, public relations, and communications strategies.

OUTCOMES-FOCUSED ENGAGEMENT
We support two specific populations across all of New York City: children and adults with developmental disabilities; and children and families dealing with the trauma associated with family separation. Each population faces its own distinct set of challenges and obstacles — and we are set up accordingly to meet them with understanding, evidence-based solutions, and interconnected programming.
Any dollar or hour of expertise received is precious. Its use will follow the same rigor that your organization applies to money and time spent. The needs of the people we support continue to grow, so we must remained hyper-focused in our work, always improving services — always following the data.
