Dawn Saffayeh became President & CEO at the beginning of 2023. She was previously Executive Director of St. Vincent’s Family Services between 2014 - 2023. Prior to joining Heartshare, she served as the Deputy Commissioner of Policy, Planning and Measurement at the NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS).
